How this calculation works
Labor cost = person-hours × fully burdened hourly cost. Price = total cost ÷ (1 − target margin). Enter company-reviewed employer costs, including applicable payroll, insurance and overhead. This tool does not verify those assumptions. The supported bid margin is 10–60%.
Review your cleaning task hours and employer labor assumptions before building a full scope.
Calculator FAQ
Are these monthly costs or whole-job costs?
Choose the period first. Monthly uses person-hours and costs for one month; whole job uses totals for the entire project. Keep labor, supplies and equipment on the same basis.
Does this estimate include employer taxes automatically?
Enter your reviewed fully burdened hourly cost. This calculator multiplies that cost by person-hours; it does not select tax, insurance or benefit rates for your company.
Will these numbers be carried into a new bid?
The complete bid workflow starts a separate scope and cost review. These example calculations are not saved or carried into your account.
